I love the space, large rooms. The kitchen is small and outdated. this is an old building. We have had some run in with pests, but the management was right on it and helped eradicate them. While some times maintenance is slow, we were able to get new appliances in the kitchen. They have always been kind and friendly. Yes, other tenants are not respectful with their children and trash; Management does try to comply the best they can. **How people live is not the landlords responsibility.** **You want clean living, then clean your house, pick up after your own children and pets. **

I live here and it's so spacious and comfortable... And the Manger is wonderful he's great always on top of everything... I would truly recommend that you move here it's quite, and it's within walking distance to the store and restaurants along there's a theatre... My family love's it here!!!

I have lived here for 2 and 1/2 years. I initially wrote a very poor review for this property. However, that was before I had really gone directly to our manager. At first I was angry about the pests and the seeming lack of concern from our manager. I couldn't be further from right. David is a fantastic manager! He will work hard to try and fix any problem you are having and is very considerate. You just have to do directly to David. The apartments are older, but they have a great layout and tons of room.

We had an issue with mice, and the landlord is working really well with us to rid the unit of mice. I understand everything is not perfect but, what turned my 1 star to 5 is how thoughtful and honest the current landlord is. These units are old, of course they need repairs. Im pretty sure the other reviews remain negative. If they are to good for this place, then fix your damn credit and move out. The management is amazing, and doing the best they can with what they are given. After seeing the disrespectful behavior other tenants do, and what the landlord has to deal with. I was grumpy and aggravated.. too grateful and appreciative. Thank you! for making our stay here feel like home.
